How do I reset my DU password?

If you cannot sign into DU or are getting a “User Not Authenticated” error in Byte while trying to run DU, then you may need to reset the password. Your password could have expired (every 90 days) or you may have been locked out due to too many failed login attempts. In any case, attached is a job aid for resetting your DU password and updating it in byte.

If you still are receiving a “User not Authenticated” or something similar then you may need to double check your Xactus account credentials.
