Which Ticket Form should I fill out?

As we grow, we will continue to add more forms to the helpdesk when needed.

Currently we have the Developers and IT Support on the helpdesk.

  • Computer, phone, office internet, printer support as well as most user account issues or questions should go to the Tech Support Form with exceptions below.
  • Byte macro specific issues, Rad Bot, automation issues or questions should go to the Development Support Form.

Marketing is not on the helpdesk and should be reached @ marketing@radiusgrp.com.

    • Social Media

HR is not on the helpdesk and should be reached @ hr@radiusgrp.com.

  • Accounts HR handles
    • Paylocity
    • Knowledge Coop

Peter Cook is not on the help desk and should be reach @ pcook@radiusgrp.com.

  • Accounts Peter handles
    • DOMO
    • Optimal Blue (OB)

Mattie Rupple is not on the help desk and should be reached @ mrupple@radiusgrp.com.

    • Printer supplies
    • FedEx Shipping labels

When in doubt, select the Tech Support form and we can redirect it as needed.
